Mechgic Unity3D, C#

A multiplayer MOBA-like mech combat game that leverages Oculus Rift VR and the Steel Batallion Controller for emerging experiences. As a sub-project, I developed a Unity3D plugin for the Steel Batallion Controller based on libSBC. Source code can be found on Github

Chrononaut Convoy C#, Unity3D

The player is a chrononaut, something like The Doctor, who has entered a solar system with the intent to stabilize its dying Sun with a fleet of sun stabilizing ships, protecting them from a myriad of obstacles. To achieve their goal, the player must employ time travel to stop and/or reverse time to ensure their convoy reaches the target.

What I did
Time travel, wave attack, bug fixes.

Online Demo

House of Nyarlathotep C#, Unity3D

Created with the prompt to create a prototype based on a public domain work, with our group electing to create a horror game based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft. The gameplay is roughly inspired by Gone Home, but with an attempt to place horror at the forefront. The player must wander a house in search of several books that unveil the games story while progressively going insane.

This game also featured the Oculus Rift in one version, but due to the time limit, when this prototype was due the Oculus Rift version was unplayable.

Credits
John Dunham, Ruiwei Bu, Benjamin Snyder, Anush Raman

What I did
Several gameplay systems such as teleporting, screen effects, reading books, flashlight and so on, level integration, bug fixes.

Online Demo

RALPH C#, Unity3D

The player is a robot code named R.A.L.P.H. He is a cook on a spaceship that's capable of traveling faster than the light. In the original prototype, the player have to complete a sequence of events in a puzzle environment that involves the theory of relativity in order to finish to game.

This demo is a mini game in the original prototype. Its a space shoot'em'up type of game and inspired me to develop DanmakuX.

Credits
Ruiwei Bu, Samuel Trapp, Robert Alexander, Brian Clanton

What I did
The whole mini game.
